Whether doing my very early morning (read before the average idiot is out) ride, or on the rollers, I have to have some music. When on the road, soft enough so I can hear cars and things, but I still need something. On the rollers, I absolutely NEED music..

Anyway, here is THE best 60 minutes of cadence music on the planet.. put it on.. keep pace to it..and the hour flies by.. just did an hour on the TT bike @ 28mph (for me is pretty good) to this..
Those of you with sharp ears/memory will hear snippets from the Duke Nukem game, the movie 300..and a few other bits and pieces.

Enjoy..

I like the DAF - the first clip is too strong for my frail mind - I would be going even more crazy!

It has got to be this: Fatboy (Slim, 'Acid 8k') is apt for me, and the time is just about enough too!

I love listening to Frank Klepacki music. It's not amazingly fast paced but I can keep at it for a good while and it's faster than listening to nothing

On my tracklist for the turbo, I have John Otway and DK 50/80 don't know how many beats a "second" it is but thank God its only for just over 2minutes 30 seconds. The song is supposed to have been recorded normally and then its been played backwards for its release or something like that, a sample at Amazon:-
