There is much more to a relationship than that (why the FFS? :o), I fell in love with my wife the way she is and I have never had any issues... She on the other hand has massively low self esteem with regards to her boobs, she was teased and bullied at school and her f*cked up family have always taken the p*ss out of her for it, she has wanted them for 15 years so its not like its an impulsive thing.

Well it's a funny thing but mine was in the same position a few years back and her ex continually tried to bully her have a boob job and even one of her work mates told her to "go and grow some breasts", now myself I am of the opinion that more than a handful is a waste anyway and have always adored my Mrs just the way she is and don't see why anybody should change their appearance for anyone, at the end of the day though as in your relationship, it is up to the lady concerned and hope gets the result she has waited so long for.
It wasn't meant as a personal dig at anyone, just my opinion that some folk are obsessed with the op. and there are so many horror stories about the side effects that are not obvious to anybody apart from the person who has had the op.
Good luck to you both.......Al;)

It does begger belief that some people can say these things, kids can be cruel we all know that and I am sure many of us have said cruel things as children, but adults saying it? That does sicken me and thats where the damage is done. I could honestly never convince someone to alter their appearance for my own benefit, if she does it it will be for herself. Having said that she is not even pregnant yet so boobs won't be for another 18 months at least.

New plan I formulated earlier.... Her birthday is in August so I think I may get her a day at the health/beauty spa while we are in Spain and open her a boob job savings account and slot a grand or so in there for her to start off. That will leave £3,800 ish to buy the boys some new bits (birthdays in August and September), send us all to Spain for Christmas and get one of these or these! May even have some left over for fish and chips!

What is it that Col. John 'Hannibal' Smith used to say?

"I love it when a plan comes together"

As one of the people that opted for the boobs, I did so out of humour, and only did it as it was an option on the poll. ;)

I am more than sure Mrs Wigsie has a lovely pair as she is, and doesn't need enhancing. ;)

Buy a bike instead.

Reading between the lines i reckon the mrs has got saggy boobs from having the kids right?

let me tell you something about saggy boobs. they are extemely distressing for the person that they belong to, especially when they have been better. i had a nose job because i hated my nose (it had a bump on it) and it made a massive difference to my confidence so i cannot cuss anyone who would want implants. If it's just coz they are small, that can be distressing too because clothes don't look right and you always feel self conscious about it.

so... give your wife £3.5k. tell your wife she can spend it on her boob job (but suggest a boob reconstruction may be better than implants, as implants need to be re-done every 10 to 15 years and they have to scrape a bit more of the flesh away everytime they do it... so long term it might be better to go for the reconstruction... so an alternative idea she may want to explore).

then keep £1.5k and spend it on a bike.

that way you are both happy.

ps. i'm not being unfair by suggesting wife has £3.5k and you only have £1.5k. i have said this because
(a) 1.5k will buy you a pretty decent which you will be well happy with (i'm sure you can negotiate a £2k bike down to £1.5k if you are offering cash.
( 3.5k will get a pretty decent surgeon. if they cost more she can save up the rest, but make sure she goes somewhere she can trust and has a good reputation and she researches it, and all the options ([type of]implants/reconstruction).
(c) your sex life will improve too. even tho your wife initially gets more, you will still get the benefit of the tits too, whereas it is unlikely she will want to ride your bike. so she should have the extra bit.

ps... i have to be honest... if your wife's boobs are only small in her eyes (i.e. perfectly formed B cup or more and still in good nick) then i would talk her out of it. because if they have to be removed they have to take some away so she will end up as an A cup, and besides... big boobs sag when you get older and particularly with false boobs they start to look really false when you lose weight as an old lady... and as said they have to be re-done every 10 years or so. be honest with yourself, do you think they have sagged and that's why she's upset or are they less than a B cup? if the answer is yes to either question give her the cash, but if they are still in good nick and she's just paranoid, don't.

Your reading between the lines skills are not great today Buggi  they are far from saggy (even after 3 kids) its purely a size issue, she is tall and has a slim frame so I think she looks in proportion and fantastic (still no pics though ). I have tried for 5 years to talk her round, but to no joy.

As I said before, she does want another baby so we will wait untill after this before any operation so won't be for at least 18 months (plemty of time to save).

Isn't it amazing how I don't even have the money in my account yet and its burnt a hole well and truly in my pocket. I have spent it 3 or 4 times over, I cant be the only one like that surely?

32A/B varying between bra makes before and after the 3 kids, when preggers she was a 34C and she loved that size, after 6 months of breast feeding they return to normal size.

yep, can understand it then.

i'm a 36C but went to spinning classes and dropped to a B cup. was sooo not impressed. i swore if i went to an A cup i would have a boob job, only to take me back to a C cup.

i was an A cup in my late teens and hated it. no way would i go back to it. all the "fried egg" and "ironing board" comments aren't that funny when you're on the receiving end, and clothes don't look right at all. took an A cup friend shopping to find a jacket for an interview once and it was really hard.

now your mrs has had a taste of the C cup she's not gonna be happy going back to an A cup. especially if she's tall like me.

C cup is the perfect size if your tall, B cup is acceptable but to be honest an A cup just doesn't cut it. you feel like a lamppost so i can totally understand why she liked being bigger. it's not about you or anyone else, it's how she feels when she looks in the mirror.

i'm back to my C cup now thankfully.

the only consolation is, that small tits don't sag when you get older so she might want to think about that.

I used to want a boob job. Then I ruptured my achilles and was so scared about the op I couldn't understand why I would undergo surgery for cosmetic reasons. Women with smaller chests can get away with much sexier clothing without looking tarty. Boob jobs make breast cancer harder to notice. Loses nipple sensitivity. Surgery is always a risk. Do something great together instead. An amazing holiday, and avoid the family and anyone else who is small minded. But do understand why she'd want it, and it's not wrong of her to do so.
