Woodcock is my sisters married name, apparently quite common in NZ where she now lives. We didnt call the BiL splinter dick though. His first name was justin so we used that in a derogatory way.🤭

One of the Nurses that I know had the surname 'Maycock', she married a Mr 'Roach'
So now, she refers to herself as a 'cockroach'

I don't know her, but there's a 'Nurse Beautiful' (I do know one with the name Beauty, though)

As an articled accountant the office manager took great delight in loudly handing out annual accounts work to the ladies in the room as the client was called Seymore Cox.

Just read this on BBC local news.
2 foreign students jailed for defrauding a rail company out of ÂŁ140K.
The girl is named as Wanqing Yu.
I can see the smiles as that name was read out in court.

I went to school with a lad called Martin Daft. I also used to work with a bloke named Paul Daft, but he changed his surname to Davis by Deed Poll.

Not sure if it’s already been mentioned, but there was an East Midlands TV weather presenter called Sara Blizzard.

My darling other half, ere she met me, went out with a lad named (unbeknown to her) Peter Ennis, known as Dick to all his mates - and caused embarrassment all round when she referred to him as such when she went for tea at his mum and dad's.
