Unusual bikes you meet?

Why would you bother? How do you steer, pedal, brake and change gear?

I presume the rider has some sort of disability which means they can't put down enough power with legs alone. I'd be scared of the two wheels being driven at different speeds, but I suppose you get used to something like that.
