unusual saddle clamp

In a box of odds and bits I have come across a very old sprung saddle & clamp, that has flat rails instead of the usual round ones, and the clamp has flat plates to make a good connection to the flat rails. The saddle is past repair, and so has gone in the skip, but the unusual clamp with these flat plates is serviceable. Its bare metal , a couple of rust marks, but a careful wire brush may bring it back to a clean condition. Anyone has a need it, they can have it for the postage cost. A pic is possible if required.
