Upgrading Wheels

Interesting thread this. I have a 2014 defy 2 and I feel the next stage is some new wheels. I've been looking but this post has been very helpful.

OP - have you made a purchase yet? If possible could you share the final cost including wheels tyres tubes etc?

Thanks for the post Dan, I havent yet (pay day is Tuesday) so the big question for me is do I go for the Zonda's 244 on Wiggle at the moment, wait a couple of months and get a pair of say 400-500's worth after a chat in the LBS and some online shopping based on recommendations here. I think, knowing me, I wont be able to wait and will plump for the Zonda's and fit them myself and get cracking went for a big ride with lots of climbs on Tuesday, the more help I can get the better really :-)

Buy the Zondas, you can always sell on and upgrade later (assuming you have a bike with a top frame)

The Zondas do have some great reviews however i have noticed the Fulcrum wheel and tyre set on wiggle for £200.

Either way, i would be interested to hear the outcome!
