I saw an interview with a market stall person who was saying there are certain breeds that 'deliver' double yolks.

Free range, organic hens give double-yolks..and we all know that double yolks are what everyone looks for in an egg.

The eggs are organic and free range but the Chickens have been genitically modified.

I get all my eggs from the farm where we used to keep my horses. The sheds they live in are right next to the house so I know how they are being treated. The farmhouse is in a village on the edge of a big town, and the fields surrounding the village are owned by the farmer so does that make them urban or country.

It might make them urbane.
