Urgent advice please - knocked off today

I never realised how long these things seem to take - in reality I suppose it's not long at all, but it seems it when you're watching the days (and other cyclists) go by. Nice of the sun to come out in my honour this morning, I thought!

Glad you are riding again. It WILL take a long time - it can take several years, in tricky cases. Don't spend the money before it arrives. I hope, really hope, there is no lasting damage.

Can't guarantee it but I think you'll find that jittery feeling will dissipate as time goes on.
