Urgent help re removing crank arm

Those pressures for tyres after 4 weeks don't seem outrageous.

I normally pump mine up weekly and have to if I leave it 2 weeks. There's not much difference between the mtb and the tourer, only the absolute pressures.

Have to admit that I use an electric car type pump (from Halfords) with an adaptor for the presto valves on the tourer, so it isn't much effort.
