i would buy a used carbon frame...but then again, I'm always pushing the limits on LEGAL experimentation levels for home made black powder....

I far too often find spare parts marked 'used but good'. Why the hell change it if it was 'good'? And then why put it back in stores if it's used? 
It's like used toilet paper, you could use it again, but how desperate would you need to be?
