We are clearing out a deceased relatives house

We have so far found around 2,000 CD/DVD disc's, mostly rewritable ones
They are loaded onto about 70 spindles and in two large cardboard boxes
Quite a few are blank (at least 4 spindles full)
Most have writing on them with the contents (TV shows and films 2010-2015)
Cost new would be over £2k today.

Before I chuck the lot in the non-recycling bin does anyone know anywhere that could use this many Disc's as a single job lot?
(Anyone need to archive a couple of million photos ? or scare the birds across 200 acres of fruit farm ? Or cover a large building as an art project ?)

Happy to deliver East or South East London, or North Kent

Use CDs and an old satellite dish to make a solar powered death ray.

Well, the good news is I found a company that will recycle CD/DVD's !
Terracycle
The bad news is they charge £150 per 1,000 !

So it's off to landfill they are all going.

Unless anyone would like a few hundred brand new, unused, rewritable CD/DVD disc's
(Along with all the used ones, but they are mostly rewritable)

If you do find anyone I have a few hundred in a cupboard that need disposing of too.
