There's a huge amount of sensible advice on this web-site IMHO

Tomb1960 -

Just found this forum and like 'Cream crackered' we are chuffed that our site is mentioned. Some of my friends might laugh at the word 'sensible' connected to me but then it's probably my better half's influence! Glad you liked our site, we've enjoyed cycle touring so much we thought it nice to share our experiences and give something back.

On our bikes!
How about the Bike Tourist Podcast? We have really enjoyed listening to his shows in our tent as we travel. Inspiring stuff and the show is very well put together.

In the interest of full disclosure, Gabriel has interviewed us for an upcoming show but that is not why I'm linking to it. In fact, I found it much harder being interviewed than being on the other side of the microphone, and am scared silly that we came out sounding completely foolish, but that is another story, lol.

Also in the podcast vein, the Hobobiker folks do shows once in a while with people they meet on the road.

Surprised this site has not yet got a mention

"The Trento Bike Pages collect bicycle tour reports, mainly for road bikes, but also mountainbikes, as well as general bicycle touring and travel information, and bicycle club and organization listings. If you plan a bicycle tour, you'll find plenty of tour reports of people who have been there before. " http://www.trentobike.org/
