Funnily enough, I had the pleasure of cycling past there again this afternoon – there was certainly one very bent bit of fence in about the right spot – but I’m not that vindictive and, it sort of adds a kind of rustic charm… I’ll snap it next time I pass.

Vindictive? Think of the consequences to the fence owner - irritation and cost. It's only fair that the impatient and stupid driver takes some of the consequences of her poor behaviour. How else do you think she'll learn if she doesn't end up paying for the cost of her failure?
