It made me angry just reading it but to be brutally honest absolutely nothing is going to come of it to your benefit, it just comes down to how much effort you want to put in to get there.

Something might come of it that will benefit the next rider the nobber hits, so I'd ask anyone to report this sort of stuff. Maybe if the last few riders the nobber hit had reported it, something would have been done before @dhd.evans suffered.
