I'm looking for a vendor that sells the type of rubber o rings suitable for securing mounts (for lights, GPS, etc.) to bicycles, and I'm not having much luck finding any online. Several years ago, I bought a pack of o rings, but I'm starting to run out of them, and I can't recall the vendor I used back then.

Last time I needed a couple of a specific size I went to a local seal stockist in Loughborough (https://www.rhondamaseals.co.uk/) with a sample of what I required. They had a minimum order of £5 so I ended up with hundreds of the things. Unfortunately they are a bit small for holding lights on bars.

ETA: Bearing stockists are also worth a try.

Pop the word 'o-ring' into the search box on Amazon. Loads of choice. I bought a box from there for a few quid.

I don't suppose you recall which one it was? There's heaps of search matches, as you said, but they seem to be focused on plumbing and automotive uses.

I grabbed a set of assorted ones as I've used them for things like replacing the work out dust covers on a set of canti's. I'd measure the size you need and that add that to the search.

Rhondama are a great supplier IME. They also trade as "sealsuppliesuk" (IIRC) on ebay and will do small packs of single-sizes for a few quid; offering a massive range.

This would definitely be my go-to
