I saw this too, the aspect I like most about it is the styling, it seems most budget offerings try and 'bling' things up and end up looking tacky and cheap.

This reminds me of some older Genesis styling; simple, clean and understated.

Totally agree with you there. I quite like the styling throughout the Verenti range, particularly the logo as it's a bit of minimalist class in a world where most brands are having a shouting match.

It looks a similar spec to the Merlin Cycles PR7 which is £375 and sold out.

For someone who's after an first road bike or a basic commuter it's fine. I like it.

It does indeed. Though I think the frame is a bit more refined on the Verenti - the welds look much smoother.

And if I had to look down at this every day (as it appears to be on the down-tube), I would be highly disappointed. Whoever is responsible wants a word with themselves.
