Good stuff. Surely having sex without a condom should be made a criminal offence. Think about it - it would eliminate STDs at a stroke and, in time, would help to solve any problems of over-population. (Those wishing to procreate could apply for a “bareback licence” from their local authority renewable after one year and priced at say £50 to cover the admin). I think its more preassure from friends, and wanting to be having sex young to look more grown up and show off to their friends is what is making girls, and guys, do it younger.
Not just a low self esteem, more then wanting to be like their older sisters/friends, and the boys want to be older and be getting it.

A while ago i was looking for some advice, and while on a yahoo site, a 13 year(was 13 i think, although 11 is in my head) old asked a question. His question was something like, his GF has been giving him head for a while, and she normaly spits but she swallowed, then the day after was sick. Could she be pregnent.
All the answers came back that she wasnt, and that they are way too young to be doing anything.
They dont understand much about it, but yet they are still doing it

The other thing, which me and my GF think is bad, is that my GF went to get a C card from her school. The woman asked her if she was going on the pill, my GF said yes and the person said she would give her a C card, but really she doesnt need to use condoms.
Now, me and my GF prefere to use both, but surely you shouldnt be told this? My GF is not a slag, and she doesnt sleep around, she wanted to wait until she was 18 to have sex(was happy doing other things before) which i was fine with. Although, she mentioned it to some friends and they all thought she was crazy for wanting to wait! Peer preasure.

And the other thing me and my GF dont agree with, is that a 15 year old can now go and be tested for chlamydia secretly.
Its not that we dont agree with being tested for it at that age, but we think that if your shagging around, not being safe, then you should have to have a parent there to be tested for it.
Although, i suppose it means that more people can be tested, but 15 and being able to just go to be tested we thought was abit wrong.(although there is bound to be someone say that its fine because they are being tested and it could cut down on it spreading, which i sort of agree with, just the fact it can be done without parents knowing)
But then, there is nothing to say that people of that age couldnt get checked secretly before. You can get testing kits sent in the post, so you could lie about age and get one and be tested.

I think the point here is that if you 15 and you need a test you are less likely to face your folks and get a bollocking and be embarrassed at the same time than if you could go in private. When i was 'under age' most things needed parental consent or knowledge and was difficult.
