Video Bike fit

I have just booked up for a video bike fit with a sports Physiotherapist and was wondering what thoughts you have on this subject?

do they do a bike fit by video link? i wouldn't do it personally but let us know how you get on

No they video you on your bike in there studio and analysis all for movement/data so they can set up the bike geometry to suite your body.

If you have an iphone take a look at this .

You can then see what you are doing and also look into what to change and why rather than being told how you should be riding .

A lot of places do it by video at the moment, they can put dots on you and freeze the frames and work out angles of knees, back etc..

You can put dots on yourself and do the same with the app . The added bonus is you can change things and then look again at what you have done . All for £3.99

Knowing what to do with the information is another thing though
