Not sure a question on blame is required here - it is damn obvious - and conforming to stereotypes a tipper truck too.

I haven't been to yahoo for years but just now I did. My gosh its turned into a really trashy site.

You are right. Cyclists should all just stay away from tipper trucks. In fact when I see one in London, I stop and wait. The trouble is that it now takes me 4 hours to cycle to work.
You seem to be interpreting my post wrongly.
Never said anything about waiting for every tipper truck did I? Where? That truck would have had my spidey sense tingling, even if I'd been in the car and not on a bike.
