Vintage Dawes Galaxy.

Something I got last week so was cleaning it up a little but noticed it has a gnotti hub on the front. Both rims are lightweight Dunlops 27 x 1 1/4. Unusual to see 4 cogs on rear wheel but not as a block.

Never mind about the freewheel, the important thing is it's a nice quality Dawes touring bike! One of the nicest-riding machines I have ever had a try out on. I've always got one eye out for these, along with the very similar Raleigh equivalents.
