Thanks. I'm dithering at the moment. I'm building up a bike on a nice Rotrax frame I acquired recently. Trying to decide whether to go for the double handlebar mount cage in the OP, or to drill & rivnut the frame for a single cage.
Could you send me the link for the S/S bottles please?
Will do. Will try to do later, or by end of tomorrow. May be more than one link. Will be a pm. If i should forget, just nudge me. Am a recent convert to stoppered steel bottles for touring. Note that the ones i mean don't have "sports tops" so you will have to stop and admire the scenery to drink. Is that ok? Makes them more hygienic, easier to clean though.

I've got a 'Hawkshead' Aluminium one (free with an order years ago) and at least that doesn't have that 'plastic' taste although normally I just use a 1 litre PET drink bottle a couple of times before it gets put in the recycling.
