The judge 'ordered Meaker to take an extended test before taking to the wheel of a car again?' He'll not bother with that, he'll just buy another car with his drug money and drive where he wants and no-one can prevent him- until the next time he attracts the attention of the Police- because he operates outside the law.

There are plenty of knobhead drivers round Bristol, but I guess the same must be true of most cities that size. Thankfully I meet very few of them on my commute !
