Canadian company Pikio just became the first non-MIPS helmet to be rated Number 1 in Virginia Tech’s renowned safety tests:

Those nice Canadians have developed impact protection with “the highest score by a significant margin” compared to other helmets.

NB: Let’s not rehash the pros and cons of helmet usage. But if you choose to wear one, this Virginia Tech news might be of interest.

Are they on sale on the UK?
Seems price is high, 379usd?

Will be an individual choice to determine if the price difference justifies the safety increase over a MIPS helmet.

Are they on sale on the UK?

Not yet—they’ve got to get the EN1078 certification required to sell cycle helmets in the UK.

$379 is pretty pricey, albeit even more expensive helmets exist.
