Midriff... Hang on I need to find my tape measure.

Couldn't work out what midriff was, so waist - 35". Eek, that seems a lot. I plead poor abdominal musculature, and hormonal bloating.

I've had torfisk, not bad. One of those things you can't tell if you like, so you keep nibbling at while you decide.

I've heard of the cheese, and don't fancy it.

They used to be 32" and 22ish.

I am currently on a program to regain fitness and get back to where I used to be. It's not really because of Christmas, this has been a slow increase over the last year.

Part of the problem is my current commute is now so much shorter than my previous one although it takes just as long because it involves a ferry, so I don't have that combination of training and getting to work that I used to.

Waist 32", BMI 25

Nice mix of imperial and metric measures. I plan to lose weight too, if I can avoid injury this year. I want to get back down to 30" and about 23.5

Almost spookily the same as FM...with the same intent to build up my fitness again - must build up the miles!
