XmisterIS BMI 26 is "overweight" not "obese".... but very easily if you have good upper body muscle mass - or cyclist thighs

Blimey I've just found out I'm overweight!

A bit weird how they classify wights with BMI. I played around with it and tried my real height (5'10'') and typed in a hopelessly unlikely 9 stone - and it still said 'average weight'. I'd have to get down to 8 stone 3 or something to be officially underweight- seems unlikely!

I've never really liked BMI as a measurement though. Body fat % is far more important than just weight.
