How much does it cost to Oldham?
I had a set on my fixie for two years with no punctures, but the grip was slightly 'interesting' at times, esp. on wet bends. otherwise a decent set of fastish tyres!

bugger i'm missing my fixie now.

I'm still generally quite positive about these tyres, I think the streets of Bristol are cruel to bike tyres (or the people who live there are slovenly and careless) due to all the glass that seems to litter the place, so I've yet to get more than a 1000km out of a tyre, but so far, the rubino-proIII's have given me 500km of service, my main gripe with them is they're not too impressive in the wet.

Great tyres imo.. use them on my main bike and do shed load of miles no problem. Good rolling resistance and good puncture protection.

I have a pair of Vittoria tyres on my bike. They are not the rubino plus but so far I've not had any problems with them.

Had a couple of punctures in the front tyre but that was due to a huge thorn. I'll be keeping them on the bike until they need to be changed
