How big is too big?...asking for a friend:whistle:

If you can look past the bar tape this is interesting and may be closer to your size. a long way to travel but he may ship it.

I didn't know anything about Vitus bikes until I joined here. I have to say they are very stylish - a sort of Bang & Olufsen of the cycle world! ^_^
Thats a good comparison and this time the French flair for design and innovation wasn't let down by messing up the manufacturing bit. My 992 is a dream to ride mind you it has a complete DuraAce group set which helps ^_^

I am 1.78 and happy on a 56 or a 57 CTT. I guess It’s all about relative limb and back length
Wow, l would have a real problem in that would have to reach much further forward to be comfortable on the bars, so l guess my upper body/arms are the
problem .

On the plus side there is less demand for smaller frames and you might find a bargain. How about this for a beaut.

The wheels alone are worth more than the current bid and the frame is Columbus Max:okay:. Mind you in a size that small the frame will be as stiff as a very stiff thing:ohmy:. I wonder if he will ship to France:evil:

I had a Vitus 787 in the early 90’s.

Used to ride Audax events, 200 and 300 km events.
I liked it, was totally reliable with no frame problems. Only sold it as I had a custom 531 frame built for me.

Zeus 2000 had the scary slotted cranks, early ones let daylight through, they saw sense later and just slotted half way through the cranks lol
