Wahoo Elemnt, defaulting to kms

Hi all,

I bought an Elemnt in July 19 and I really like it.

Didn`t use it too much over the winter for obvious reasons but have managed to get out quite a few times this year. However, it seems to default to kms every time I turn it on. It`s up to date and I can`t quite work out how to change it permanently back to miles

Anyone else have this problem?

I have a Lezyne Macro GPS, if I set the temperature to celsius it defaults to Kms, the only way to keep it in miles is record the temperature in Fahrenheit, it may be worth a look.... sorry I know nothing about the Element, I nearly bought one but got the Lezyne thrown in with a bike purchase.

I don't have the problem but go to Profile and you can check/change everything there.

If it persists contact Wahoo support and they will replace it in 7-10 days.

Ha, just did that and changed things around. Apparently I weigh 1641lbs lol

The people in KM's can pretend they're doing pro speeds in mph. Yes MAMIL's have said that.

Mine used to default to km after an update, but it hasn't done that for about a year, now.
As said, contact their support team. They're very helpful.
