Wales MTB C2C route ideas

Does anyone have any info on riding the Welsh C2C from Holyhead to Chepstow on a MTB using off road tracks & trails .... obviously some roads will be necessary !

We're planning on doing it over 4 days

Any ideas would be appreciated. Ta.

From Brecon to Cardiff the Taff trail is very good and well signposted...and mostly downhill once you get past Merthyr. From Cardiff to Chepstow there are some very nice flat roads that run along the coast and they are mostly traffic free, but you may not want to do those if you're trying to stick to trails.
