Well, that's Brighton for you.
And it may be a realistic listing price, given that similar properties a few doors away sold for £265,000 and £277,500 in the last 22 months. Cosmetic damage like this is fairly cheap to sort out and all it seems to need is central heating, some double glazing and a bit of a fettle. They would take £220-225,000, so get your hand in your pocket for the girl, Rich!
Of course in more sensible parts of the country it would cost half that, or less.

That sounds about right for that type of property in that location and the condition it is in. If it was in better condition I would think that anything between £500 and 750K would be the norm.
