It's got character aplenty. I like the vase of (plastic?) flowers on the mantelpiece in pic 2 - at least the previous owners cared.

Well, that's Brighton for you.
And it may be a realistic listing price, given that similar properties a few doors away sold for £265,000 and £277,500 in the last 22 months. Cosmetic damage like this is fairly cheap to sort out and all it seems to need is central heating, some double glazing and a bit of a fettle. They would take £220-225,000, so get your hand in your pocket for the girl, Rich!
Of course in more sensible parts of the country it would cost half that, or less.
