Personally I just don't get why Brighton or anywhere along this coastline is so popular...inland from here its wonderful but the coastal strip is in my opinion nothing but a concrete carbunkcle full of aggressive stressed out drivers ..Im biased though...each to their own...but for £250K the world has so much more to offer.
