When I'm a millionaire and able to open a subsidised indy record shop, it'll be called Hear Here, in memory of 'Ear 'Ere... spent most of my pocket money in that shop as a lad

Blimey this takes me back. Used to pop into Ear Ere on the way down to the bus station going home from school. The excitement when you heard that they had the latest whatever LP in stock! But the place to go for bargains was the 2nd hand record stall in the market. Got Motorhead Overkill in green vinyl there for a fiver. yes... a sad day when that went too... but i did manage to get a job lot of stuff at a great price when she closed down.

Good luck getting any serious bids on that.
The advert doesnt even tell you what is for sale. I guess not the freehold given the low price. However is stock included, how long is the lease? How much are the annual rates and rent? What is the turnover etc etc.
All questions any sensible potential owner would need to know before making a bid.

I'm guessing it's a bit of PR and that anyone so inclined will get that info from whoever is properly selling it for them
