Want to replace brake caliper bolts and spring on 2009 Trek 1.2

Can someone tell the what the original brake calipers were on this Trek 1.2 Alpha I just got. There are no markings on the calipers. The bolts have corrosion and the caliper springs have corrosion. thanks
