Wanted - old-style Kindle

GF has Kindle but I just downloaded the app for my phone and tablet. OK for reading in the shade but shiny screen means in sunlight it's next to useless. I only use them to read in bed or on the balcony of an evening. Don't get much time otherwise on hols but phone is there if I get bored as long as I have WiFi .

Arrived last night, battery totally flat put it on charge overnight but forgot to check it this morning, so will look when I get home.

FWIW Kindles charge from a standard micro USB charger, as used by mobiles, tablets etc.

Christ - they were a bit bulky back then.

They worked well though but took a bit of sorting out if they crashed.
