The whole place is a theme park of crazy farcilities, and not just for bikes. Forget the cathedral, Jane Austin and the new £10 note - Winchester station car park should be top of the tourist itinerary. My favourite is the sign telling drivers of vehicles over 2.5 metres to drive against the one-way system. Seriously. The '80 ZX Spectrum game Hubert-inspired pedestrian walkways are also a feature, as is the hidden zebra-crossing.
