so how do I change the lens on these sports glasses, I am taking a tantrum btw, its driving me nuts, deep breaths.

I've bought a pair myself and took a while to suss it...

First, take the foam stuff off (1. it's more comfortable, and 2. it makes changing lenses a lot easier)
Try and open the frame and push the lens' outwards one by one
Open the frame slightly and slot the lens' into their grooves, then push the outer edge and it should click in

with these glasses with the interchangeable lenses take out the side by bridge first then the side by the hinge. putting them in is the reverse. here's a link most of them are the same
