Was having a bad day......

So it was a bit of a boozy weekend, now on to the 2nd day of a 2 day hangover. The usual hangover related panic attack has kicked in so can't really think properly and feel ill. So was pootling along through the traffic this morning down the Old Kent Road. I don't do any sprinting when I'm panicky but I still kept overtaking an RLJer on a posh Bianchi. Every time there was a red light, he'd sail through it. It eventually started to annoy me but not enough for me to give chase.

Anyway got to the Elephant and Castle roundabout and he did one RLJ too many. I don't know why, he'd already actually stopped (as you have to do) but decided he wasn't going to wait for green as there was nothing coming. The most cursory of shoulder checks would have told him what I knew, that there was a police motorbike on his back wheel. Cue sirens. Made my day so much better.

Given that it was a Bianchi, a lot happier that it was a policeman that got him rather than another road vehicle!

Felt too ill for that. Maybe tomorrow, although judging by his speed, once I'm feeling good, I'll only see him the once.
