Was driving in Derby the other day, and saw a major diesel spill outside the scrap yard next to Rollerworld (for those that know it), the spill practically covered the junction. As luck would have it, I managed to stop a police car coming towards me a few seconds later, to point it out. I don't know if any action was taken, but I'd like to think so. If me reporting it saved one incident happening at the busy junction, I'm more than happy with that.
