My mum never let me have a Chopper - she said they were dangerous. I borrowed one off a pal and when going down hill I hit a small chucky. The front wheel reared up and I shot off the back - shredding a whole lot of skin off my back after I hit the road. Not wanting to prove my Mum right, I didn't tell her (although she must have noticed the rips in my T-shirt & the blood and lymph stains on my bed and jammies). I hope these guys fare a bit better.
If anyone sees them, bid them a "Chapeau" from me.
