I find that the lucozade isotonic drinks are way too strong for use during sport. I'll generally mix one of the small bottles with the same ammount of water.

Otherwise I find that they just make your mouth go dry which leads to drinking even more.

I use a 1/3rd Innocent smoothie and 2/3rds tap-water mix. Works well as an energy drink as far as I'm concerned - it also gives me one of my daily fruit portions!!
