Water soluble degreaser

I find it doesn't clean quite as well as normal degreaser. Do you find that too or am I imagining it?

I use Jizer. It's "water rinsable" and it works well, especially in an ultrasonic bath. I've often wondered if it would burst into flames but it hasn't yet. I'm sure that the Mickle fanboys will be along shortly to tell me that I'm a very bad person.
