Waterproofing Carradice Saddlebags?

Quick question, I could really do with giving my trusty old Barleyman some TLC.

Any recommends as to what product is best to waterproof it?

I thought that the cotton duck material was naturally waterproof.

If you do insist on using a treatment you might consider using something like the waxes used by Barbour and Belstaff to proof their outdoor coats. I think there's a cheaper was make by Granger also available.
