and that they must make sure when using stairs that they hold the had rail at all times. If they were caught not doing these things correctly, they would be reported to their line manager.
We have that too.

At least, we have the notices up and there are rules about carrying cups of tea or coffee up or down stairs. Remember, H&S policy is as much about shysters as it is about employees' safety...
