Today is departure day for MrsS and I. Newhaven to Dieppe ferry with full camping load, across France, down Italy, ferry to Albania, then home via Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Netherlands. That is the plan anyway, though as per last year could change at any time! Should be home sometime in August.

Well first 350km done. So far we've been frozen, windblown, and soaked. Rained solidly for the last 50k! At least it has stopped so supping wine on the campsite!

Ten days in, about 600km done.Rain, rain,and more rain. Has rained solidly for four out of the last five days. Star of the trip so far is our new Berghaus Peak 3.3 Pro tent. Sets lovely,and a big porch so we can cook in the rain.
