Also damp in these parts, shirt night's sleep again even after two magnesium pills and a camomile tea.
Also no screen time before lights out, just reading my Kindle for half an hour which is the paperwhite version with no glare.

Other than that bit of pointless news, nothing much else to report.

Up far too early in the dark for the hybrid commute into town. Nice cool, dry ride in. A few meetings, moderate amounts of stupidity to deal with and some more torturing of numbers to do.
