It was filmed in Wallingford me and the current Mrs P took part in the sportive that day from there. Lots of TV crew around the town.

I'll watch it for the really bad bike riding.

I will watch it cos I love that dog that belongs to Barnaby.Absolute star

I stuck it for about three minutes - which is two minutes 59 seconds longer than I normally suffer that rubbish.

There was a series back in the sixties where a former cyclist turned sports journalist specialised in investigative sports stories and one episode featured a murder in the peleton. Any other crinklies remember what it was?

Pants, just been watching a film, and it looks like it's all happened in the first 5 mins.

CORRECTION - it's been on an hour

Didn't like the acting, cyclists were all wrong, cheesy race (the racers were swinging their heads side to side but nothing else, is not like that makes you go faster).

Related thoughts: fox programmes, DM, the telegraph's reader comments on the cycling section.

One of the 'racers' is a UK pro rider. I'll have to have a word with him about his 'cheesy' riding style.
Who is that?
I doubt it was his fault, probably the producers wanted to show the ITV viewers some drama so told all the actors to shake heads.
