Just walked down to the road to put the rubbish out, saw the verges had been trimmed since yesterday. Brilliant deducing worked out that the loud slow vehicle with lots of flashing lights I heard last night at 2300 after just getting into bed was the tractor trimming the verges. Never known them cutting them that late at night before.

Will that be the coonsil or is it a local farmer that takes a bung from the authority for it?
