Meeting trumpeter friend who's arriving from London mid-morning, for concert on Saturday. Other than salad lunch in the garden and vegetarian pasta thing for dinner, no other plans yet. We'll improvise something, maybe involving bikes, or trunks.

Blue skies, the sun's out on the mountains, and the shutters are open to the lovely 13C outside to cool the house down.

Could be worse.

Good Moaning Folks,

Slightly damp here but doesn't matter as I'm in the cave today orchestrating tax mitigation remotely. And the garden is getting a bit greener with all this rain, it was starting to look like dry season in the Serengeti in one of those David Attenborough documentaries.

Might do a few weights later and nip out to get some new soles on the work shoes.

Thanks for asking, Pinno. Crap night as next step for virus was to make the joint of my jaw painful, which made a comfortable sleeping position impossible. Much better this morning although the sore jaw made eating a slow process 😄.
Overcast but warm here, will finish off the stay with an open top bus tour, flight home later.
Not really moaning about the virus considering what others on here are going through health wise! It has been a strange one though

It's about unremarkable as unremarkable gets in the capital.
Run completed, coffee consumed. Contemplating toast.
DD2 mentioned going surfing, so might indulge her and a friend. Will avoid Hawaii today though.

Chilled start with shoot sleep. Work stuff is shite so far, got the feeling it won’t improve.

Running with some pals later and then should really re join the gym, just always upsets paying 6 mths in one go for five people (old, old, old girlfriend of the one of the boys that we use for new girlfriends)

Don't think so , seems to be inflammatory effect of the virus, blocked glands and aching joint here and there. It's the mandibular joint that is sore. See what symptoms turn up tomorrow 😁

Not much doing today, may have a mooch in the fishing gear for some pellets to take over to Italy. A bit of work. Assemble Lasagne. Eat said assembley with a side of wine. Retreat to darkness.
Still no ride however one is on the cards for Saturday morning, bike may need a fettle though.

Morning all. Firstly gutted for you photonic that they let her go. Luckily my evil sister is stuck in kiwi land and there welcome to her. Currently partway through factory shutdown / machine upgrade, so working my way through a rats nest of old cables and several new ones. Currently about a wk behind due to interference from senior management. On better news OH is happy as bagged a new job. Catch up soon when I've finished with the rats nests of cables
