Sadly this time of year is when I always gain weight. Get SADS from the lack of sunlight, and need cheering up!

After a week in the caravan of complete greed and very little exercise I am weighing in at 103kgs my aim is 93kg by xmas day approx 55days away. I currently feel sluggish thankfully I sold my car during the summer months so have no option other than to cycle in and out of work 28mile round trip. I need to get in my Lance zone I will keep you all posted of my weightloss or gain.
