Can't figure out what plant would do that to you - at this time of year. Certainly nettles won't be around yet - let alone giant hogweed. Allergic to something commonplace perhaps? (bracken can do nasty things to some folks) Or a lurking, over-wintering bee or wasp that you never noticed? Or delayed reaction to something you ate...
